This piece replaces the one you already have, and you use your existing speaker panel plastic. This gives the effect of the tail lights of all the cars - Lighted up with LED's! Also has a color changing LED for the UFO, moving "S-T-A-R-L-I-G-H-T" sign, and blinking Drive Thru Sign. Also lights up the Full Moon; All Pre-wired and VERY professionally made.
Comes with Excellent Instructions - Work on your part is required, this is more of a "DIY" kit.
