These are designed to protect your playfield from wear around the ball drop areas on your playfield. On several machines, the ball ends up crashing down on a roll-over switch over and over again. This typically produces a worn area on your playfield. Even Mylar will not help for very long, as it will wear right through it over a small amount of time and do playfield damage. The ball also produces dented-in areas, with visable cracks. In many cases of arcade use, the playfield graphics are worn away there as well.

These are designed to protect this area from damage, and also to cover up and prevent any further wear. They are the thinnest Stainless Steel possible to withstand a tiny weld, as there are two small legs that are spot welded to the top piece. The ball travels over them flawlessly. They are then Tumbler Polished to bring out a brilliant brush finished satin shine. Simply insert the piece into the area, bend up the flaps on the underside, and screw them to the playfield using the pre-drilled holes. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENTS!
